GET READY FOR ANOTHER RIVALRY RUN, WASHINGTON!
It’s the 7th annual Husky Cougar Rivalry Run benefiting Leukemia and Lymphoma Socity! A 5K, 10K and Half Marathon race for all runners and of course Husky and Cougar fans in an epic battle of fitness & pride. Not a Husky or Coug? We welcome to crash in on the fun as always.
All races are chip timed. Results are published live on a TV at the race as well as online at arrowliveresults.com Team results will be announced at the event, on social media and on website. The top 10 finishers from both the Husky and Cougar sides will score points equal to their finishing place. Lowest team score wins! A perfect score/sweep by one team would be 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10 for a lowest possible score of 55!

RACE DAY: Wear your college or pro sports team colors, fan gear, and running attire! Try not to leave your fan spirit at home!
The Half Marathon begins at 8:30 AM
Then the 10K begins at 9:00 AM
The 5K begins at 9:15 AM
For families: Yes, strollers are welcome! For pet lovers: Yes, dogs are welcome, on leash of course! Please start near the back for everyone’s safety if you have either a stroller or furry friend.

Stay tuned for any changes! There will be parking at the Northshore Athletic Fields, gravel parking at the traffic circle closest to baseball fields. Start and Finish will be in the same area. Additional Parking is through the roundabout and just across the street.

Runners will line up alongside their fellow fans. Fastest runners to the front, walkers and strollers to the back.
5K & 10K course:
This is a very flat, beautiful, out and back course. The course is mostly on paved trail along the West Sammamish River Trail. There will be aid stations and volunteers along the course where you can refuel with water and snacks.
Half Marathon course:
Again, this is a very flat, fast course winding along the scenic West Sammamish River Trail through Woodinville wine country all the way into Marymoor Park in Redmond where you will come to a chip timed turnaround point and back. We will be keeping track of all runners who do or don’t make it to the turnaround point. You will have access to 6 aid stations in total (3 going out and the same 3 coming back, with Nuun and water as well as Power Gel if needed) and public restrooms at Sixty Acres Park along the West Sammamish River Trail as well as public restrooms just off the course in Mary Moor Park at the velodrome / picnic shelter area parking lot.
